You have the right to request us to erase all the personal data that we hold about you. Your request will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and your data will be completely removed within 30 days.

- To open the Support chat in the game, go to the in-game Settings > Support, then tap the message icon in the upper right corner.
- To submit your request through the Portal, please fill out this form.
