Sometimes it might take up to 24 hours for a purchase to appear in the game. Please make sure that your Internet connection is stable. To make sure everything works correctly, try restarting the game and rebooting your device.

In case that does not help, please send us a screenshot of the payment receipt, and we’ll sort it out. Usually the copies of your receipts are sent to your email address inbox after a purchase is made.

1. Enter  https://pay.google.com/payments/, after that log in with your Google account.
2. Select  Transactions to open a list of your Play Store order history.
3. Click on a certain entry to view the detailed receipt for it.
